Negative: Non era in funzione la piscina e i campi da tennis interni alla struttura , stavano rifacendo l'appartamento superiore e per sette giorni non abbiamo potuto riposare per i rumori assordante, quindi chiederò un rimborso parziale del prezzo
We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The apartment is very spacious and fully furnished. The Sea and JBR Beach view is stunning from the balcony. Everything is just a walk away. Perfect place. Host is always available to answer all our questions. We will surely be booking the same apartment.
The location was excellent and so was the communication from the management company. Sadly, there was a leaking toilet throughout our stay which filled with sewage water and really smelt, a fan in another bathroom was on all night and most worryingly, the window in the second bedroom opened wider than Dubai building regulations allow. As a result, my husband slept alone in this bedroom while I slept with all of the children in the other bedroom. Management sent maintenance very quickly but they fixed nothing and so we just put up with it as we wanted to make the most of our time.
